Damages & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

Shipping & International Orders
🚚 Shipping Schedule: We ship Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
🌍 International Orders:
- The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, especially for fragile or breakable items.

- We do not offer refunds if an item is lost during transit.
- We are not responsible for damage during transit if shipping insurance is not purchased.
